Pre-order

Our devices are currently on pre-order: your order is confirmed and paid today, and dispatch is planned from late October 2026, in order of receipt. You receive an email when your parcel leaves, with its tracking number.

Free cancellation before dispatch: as long as your parcel has not left, you can cancel free of charge by email to hello@bynuaj.fr or from the Right of withdrawal page. We refund all sums paid no later than 14 days after your request. If the dispatch date were to change, we would let you know by email, and you could cancel your order on the same terms.

Your 14-day withdrawal period starts on delivery; you can also exercise your right of withdrawal as soon as you order.

• European Union, Andorra and Monaco: €9.90, tracked.
  Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
• Rest of Europe: €19.90, tracked.
  Åland Islands, Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom.

• Italy, Norway, Sweden: no shipping for the time being.

In all other countries, we do not ship yet: leave us your email and we will write to you as soon as shipping opens in your country.

Costs

Shipping is free in France (mainland and Corsica) on all our devices. Elsewhere, costs depend on the destination country (see above); the exact amount is shown at checkout, before you confirm. Outside the European Union, and in the French overseas territories, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Åland Islands, customs duties and import taxes may be charged on delivery, depending on local regulations.

Delivery times

After dispatch: mainland France 2 to 5 working days, Corsica 4 to 6 working days, Belgium and Luxembourg 4 to 6 working days, Germany 5 to 8 working days. For other destinations, the delivery time depends on the country and the carrier: it is given to you with the tracking number.

Late delivery

If your order is not delivered by the announced date, you can ask us in writing (email or registered letter) to deliver within a reasonable additional period. If it is still not delivered within that period, you can cancel the order by the same means; you can also cancel it immediately if we refuse to deliver or if it is clear that we will not deliver, or if the delivery date was an essential condition of your order. We then refund all sums paid no later than 14 days after the cancellation (articles L216-6 and L216-7 of the French Consumer Code).

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Receipt

Check the parcel when you receive it. If there is visible damage, refuse the parcel and contact us immediately at hello@bynuaj.fr.

If you are not in

If you are not in, the carrier leaves a delivery notice. The parcel remains available at a pick-up point or post office for the period indicated.

Withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. See the Right of withdrawal page and the refund policy.
