The face mask covers the whole face, from forehead to chin: 576 LED, four wavelengths (green 520 nm, amber 580 nm, red 630 nm, near-infrared 850 nm), 40 mW/cm², four programmes from 10 to 20 minutes. The neck mask wraps around the neck, the jawline and under the chin: 184 LED, red and near-infrared, 35 mW/cm², sessions of 15 to 25 minutes. Both can be used in the same routine.

Yes. The shell extends below the nose and covers the upper lip, the corners of the mouth and the chin: the perioral area. The same wavelengths reach this area as the rest of the face.

Light works as a course, gradually. On the face (clinical study, 20 people, mask combined with a cream), skin density increased from week 2 (+6.5%) and at 3 weeks (+13.6%), with higher hydration (+24.2%). On the neck (clinical study, 20 people), measurements at 4 weeks show +9.9% elasticity and −32.6% sagging, each result compared with a control area treated with skincare alone. Allow 20 minutes per session, 4 to 5 evenings a week: consistency matters and results vary with skin type.

Recommended protocol: 20 minutes per session, 4 to 5 evenings a week for 4 weeks, then 2 to 3 sessions a week for maintenance. On the face mask: red + infrared (20 min), amber (10 min), green (10 min) and the complete programme (20 min). On the neck mask: 15, 20 or 25 minutes. The protocol measured in the studies uses 20-minute sessions.

The masks emit no UV, no blue light and no heat, and no skin reaction was reported among the 20 participants of each of the two studies. If you have a skin condition, ask a doctor before use, as the manual advises. These are LED light devices for personal cosmetic use: they are not medical devices and do not replace dermatological advice.

The manufacturer states a minimum age of 16.

No. No ultraviolet radiation. The wavelengths used (520 to 850 nm) are in the visible spectrum and the near-infrared. No blue light either.

Keep your eyes closed for the whole session and follow the eye protection instructions in the manual. The mask emits no UV and no blue light.

As a precaution, we recommend avoiding use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or asking your doctor before use.

After. Clean, dry skin, then the session, then your skincare: the LED mask always comes first. The light has nothing to pass through, and the skin is more receptive to the serum and cream you apply right after. Avoid combining the session with exfoliating or photosensitising actives (AHA, BHA, retinol) on the same evening.

Your devices are on pre-order: shipping is planned from late October 2026, tracked. You receive your tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves, and you can cancel freely before dispatch, with a full refund within 14 days at most. As soon as it ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also contact us at any time for an update. Before dispatch, you can cancel free of charge.
