What is the difference between the two masks?
The neck and jawline mask (249 €) wraps the neck and the jawline: 184 LEDs, red and near-infrared, 15 to 25 minute sessions. The face mask (399 €) covers the whole face: 576 LEDs, four programmes of 10 to 20 minutes. Both together: 549 €.
What about the double chin?
It is the area contour targets: neck, jawline, under the chin. 184 red and near-infrared LEDs, 15 to 25 minutes per session, 4 to 5 evenings a week.
When will my order ship?
The devices are on pre-order. Shipping from late October 2026, tracked. You can cancel freely before dispatch.
Where do you ship?
Across Europe and French overseas territories, except Italy, Norway and Sweden. Free in France. Elsewhere: €9.90 in the European Union, Andorra and Monaco, €19.90 in the rest of Europe and French overseas territories. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be charged on delivery. The same applies to the French overseas territories, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Åland. Warranty and returns
2-year warranty, support in France. You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind.
How many sessions a week?
4 to 5 evenings a week for 4 weeks, then 2 to 3 evenings to maintain. The session comes first, on clean dry skin: apply your skincare right after.
